Consent to the personal data processing:

I hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data by PERSONALITY Group for the purpose of my registration as a recipient of a job or a business cooperation offers (a candidate) in the candidates´ database of PERSONALITY Group, being a group of recruiting and headhunting companies.

PERSONALITY Group (composed of Personality, s.r.o., ID No.: 44 549 733, Personality Leasing Services, s.r.o., ID: 45 275 742, both with their registered office at Svätoplukovo námestie 1/B, Nitra and Personality HR Consulting, s.r.o., ID No.: 021 55 982, registered office Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, Prague 1, Czech Republic), collects through the website www.topheads.me and will process for the above mentioned purpose my personal data from the registration form (name, surname, title, date of birth, address, email, telephone number, career history, language skills, education, wage expectations, career preferences), CV and other documents, and will share my personal information with their clients and contact me if the client is interested in a job interview or requires more information, or if PERSONALITY Group recommends me a as a suitable candidate.

I hereby acknowledge that this consent is voluntary and it can be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The consent can be withdrawn by email to data@personalityhr.com or by letter sent to Personality, s.r.o., Svätoplukovo námestie 1/B, 949 01 Nitra, Slovakia with the note TOPHEADS. If the consent is not withdrawn earlier, it is valid for 3 years from the granting.

I hereby also acknowledge that PERSONALITY Group will use its candidates´ database to select suitable candidates for the positions of their clients and that my personal data may be provided to the third parties, clients of PERSONALITY Group, which are mainly privately owned production, technology, information and trading companies based in the European Union.
